By accessing or using CheckMyWorkers ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service provides worker classification guidance for informational purposes only. Nothing in the Service constitutes legal, tax, or employment advice. You should consult a qualified attorney or CPA before making any worker classification decisions.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to upload malicious code, to impersonate others, or to violate any applicable laws or regulations.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CheckMyWorkers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
